It’s not that difficult… you’re supposed to do parts 1 and 2 first, practising those until you are comfortable enough with your strength to move onto part 3.

Now I’m going to relax and listen to rainforest sound (there are some great clips on youtube too)
I like the down dog position……. hahaha
Thank you for your yoga videos. It’s great having something I can do when I don’t have an hour plus to exercise. Plus, if I do have an hour I just string them together to get the work out I want. I’m so glad I found these.

this 1 wasn’t a beginners vid…..its realy difficult T_T
Good idea, I use to run and didn’t stretch properly and now I have IT band problems in my left hip and get knots in my left leg. I could barley walk. Yoga and stretch helps a lot.

Hmm… I just started this program at the beginning of this week, so I have a few questions that will pop up when they come up.
I’ve heard that you’re supposed to do yoga at least once everyday. Is this true, or can you skip one day on occasion?
