hey just wondering if you knew how to tell if the hair is in anagen ,catagen or telogen just by looking im training to be a beauty therapist and have an exam tomorrow and i know what they do but i just don’t know how to tell what phase its in by just looking at the hair

   They actually have names for the different stages of hair growth, whilst I’m not surprised by this, it’s still kind of funny.
