Yeah i think you would need a license cause you might get in a bundle of trouble if you need one and you don’t have one.

Sie scheinen auch, Ihre Fähigkeiten auf gerade einen Bereich der Fotographie zu begrenzen
Aber es muss einen Markt im HochzeitsAnschlussbereich geben, also denken Sie, der ein guter Bereich sein konnte zum zu fokussieren

Come on first get advice from the source ie; your partner must have trained somewhere get her to see old friends in the same work , see how many people who are mobile hair dressers,you don,t need a licence only a portfolio and recomendation letters from clients, the same with you then look into weddings etc.
