My wife purchased this unit and it lasted less than two weeks. It was only used two or three time and it quit. Since we didn’t have the receipt or box, we couldn’t take it back. I thought I would look at what was wrong and took it apart. The motor which was held on by two small nuts was jammed into the gear housing and the nuts were loosend with my fingers. No need for the nuts, as the motor housing was forced into the gear box. I don’t recommend this unit and you would expect more than a couple of uses for the price they ask. It may have been a bad unit, but I guess I’ll never know!

Crappy product. After 2 days of normal use the silver coating over massage balls came offe (yuck!). And a few days later, the machine stopped working. Weak motor, struggles to rotate.

It’s okay. You cannot just relax your feet on it. I would suggest another style.

Very nice relaxing foot massage.
For the low price don’t expect a heavy-duty machine. It will bog down if you press too hard on it, and the ‘heat’ is very light.
But still, great for occasional use, good value for the money.

Definitely not worth $39. 00! Provided no real comfort. Very disappointed. Returned it to Amazon.
