There are many. Be sure you do your research and prepare yourself for long hours of work, low pay, working on elderly and seeing the world.
Clarins – they have spas in many department stores like Selfridges, Debenhams, etc that employ therapists. Plus there are thousands of independent salons/spas. There are always postings for beauty therapists on Gumtree http://www.gumtree.com/london/health-beauty-jobs_700_1.html
