You can not legally run a shop or buy the needed equipment in most cases with out a cosmetology license. To get a license it is necessary to complete a certain number of hours at a cosmetology school (the number differs depending on what the regulations are in each area). It is not always easy, but it is worth it. I got loans and grants to go to school, I had to take time off work (which was really difficult), and raised my 3 children. There are part time programs so that you can work while you are going to school. I suggest looking up cosmetology schools in your area, you may find one that will work for you.
You can’t…You need your license, and to complete so many requirements, and Hours at your school. If the stateboard catches you, or someone reports you…You will be fined…Besides…To even get what you need, You will need your license.
