Are beauty therapists or spa therapists allowed tattoos on their hands?

Might depend on the place of work but i wouldnt think so. For most jobs there can be no visible tattoo and for a beauty or spa therapst you need to look presentable so tattoo is probably a no no. Ask a manager at the place of work and find out.
Well the simple answer is yes, it’s your body and you can do whatever you want. Some perspective employers however, may not think it is professional and they do not have to hire you. Your clients may also not like this. Think about whether or not it will affect your job and then make the decision of whether or not to get one.
Maybe if you can’t get one on your hand you could get it somewhere that can be covered.
It depends on who the employer is. Many are very open. Some places are more rigid or serve a ‘certain’ (posh) client base and may frown upon it. It also depends on what it is. If it is tasteful it will present less of a problem than if it is something that could be misinterpreted or taken the wrong way.
