I honestly don't know.
But my eyebrows are light brown and I've dyed my hair dark brown before and don't think it looked that bad...but I went back to natural blonde because the dye looked too fake, haha.
Maybe a trim/wax will make them look better!

DON'T DO IT!

Your eyebrows are so sensitive. Once you mess them up, they'll never ever be the same! Yes, there is a large risk of them falling out, but there's also a chance of permanent discoloration. It's a very risky thing.

Instead, use a lighter brow powder. I have dark brown hair and I use a blonde eyebrow powder on myself and on most of my clients, actually. It looks very natural. Go to Sephora and try some out. I'm in love with the Anastasia brow kit, but Laura Mercier makes an amazing brow color. Also, a lot of regular eyeshadows are actually pretty decent for brows. Just make sure it isn't very powdery, and set it when you're done with some fix+ or a wax.

Rule of thumb: If you have dark hair, your brows should be 1-2 shades lighter. If you have light hair, your brows should be 1-2 shades darker than your hair.

Consider yourself very lucky that your therapist wouldn't offer this service for you. She sounds very professional. Other ones wouldn't have cared about your well being, and would have just done it for the money.

Good luck and Merry Christmas!

no. peroxide is not good for your hair but they only leave the eyebrow tints on for like 5 min tops.
btw DO NOT get them the same color as your hair. they should be a shade or two darker or lighter depending on your hair color. it looks more natural.
